Aruba Airport Authority NV (AAA), the managing and operating entity of Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix (AIRB), invites experienced consultancy firms as well as Contractors to express their interest in supporting our Development & Technology (DevTech) team or to be eligible for performing general contacting work for third party companies operating on thepremises of Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix. DevTech oversees all infrastructure projects, facility maintenance, and airport system enhancements, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient services for our passengers and stakeholders.

For consultancy services, our DevTech team is particularly interested in consulting expertise within Engineering & Design, Architectural & Urban Planning, Surveying & Testing, as well as any other fields pertinent to facility development, construction, renovation, and facility maintenance. 

For Contractor services, our DevTech team is seeking companies that provide constructionservices. We are looking for partners who are committed to the highest standards of safety and quality, whether they are executing large-scale projects or making small modifications. These services could also be provided to third party operators that manage and/or operate a company on the airport premises.

You will need to include/submit:

• An overview of your services, with an emphasis on how your expertise aligns with infrastructure, construction, or maintenance projects in the aviation or similar sectors.
• Company Presentation
• Relevant references that demonstrate your previous experience and highlight successful projects where you have delivered similar services.
• Relevant Certifications (if any).  

After the submission deadline, AAA will review all submitted information and possibly invite companies that demonstrate genuine interest to present their company, services, and experience.

Important:

• All companies who want to work at AAA will undergo the AAA’s Client Due Diligence check to ensure compliance with requirements and eligibility to work on AIRB premises.
• Individuals who want to work with AAA must pass an extensive background (VDA) check to be eligible to work on AIRB premises.
